**What Are We Looking For?**

We are seeking a Real Estate Agent with a strong commercial spirit to join our Sales Department.

**Requirements**:

- At least one year of experience working in the real estate sector in an agency or developer.
- Results-oriented based on the objectives proposed by the company.
- Ability to make strategic decisions and adapt to market changes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Residency in the area of Marbella, Estepona, or surroundings is a plus.
- Driving license and own vehicle.
- Fluent level of English and an essential third language: Russian, Polish, Dutch, and/or German.

**What Will You Do in Your Day-to-Day?**

Reporting to the Head of Sales, your main responsibilities will include:

- Receive and advise clients interested in purchasing properties from TM Grupo Inmobiliario's portfolio.
- Identify client needs to offer options that best suit their preferences and budget.
- Provide clear and detailed information about the properties, including features, pricing, financing, and associated services.
- Develop close relationships with current and potential clients, fostering loyalty.
- Achieve the sales targets set by the company.
