Supply Chain Responsible

As Supply Chain Responsible for New Product Development Projects you will help to decrease sourcing lead-times, especially for prototypes and follow up purchase orders to facilitate a quick time to market, working together with the Purchasing and Supply Chain teams.
You will report to the PMO Project Manager with a dotted line to the Purchasing Manager.
**Mission and functions**:
- Help in the supplier assessment process and search for alternative sources for prototype components.
- Control and assure delivery times with suppliers.
- Solve daily delays of components with our suppliers.
- Propose and implement alternative solutions when materials and purchase orders do not meet our needs.
- Check, approve, solve and investigate the issues with inventory or stock issues.
- Cooperate with the Project Teams and contribute to create a positive working environment with all departments.
**Your professional and personal profile**:
- You have wide experience in sourcing and supply chain departments or in sales, in constant contact with customer and external stakeholders.
- You are a skilled communicator and negotiator, fluent in both Spanish and English.
- You are a facilitator for internal and external stakeholders, with good understanding and vision for a companie´s strategy and business.
- You have high tolerance to stress and pressure.
