Dematic is looking for a Project Manager, to be hired with a permanent contract, for its premisis in Coslada. He/she will be working in the CS department for modernization/upgrade projects (brown projects) and to ensure that all intercompany projects are delivered on-time, according to scope of supply and within budget.

- Lead projects with full responsibility over budget, schedule, quality and EHS (Environment Health and Safety)
- Ensuring the client satisfaction and an excellent relationship management with him.
- Ensure that assigned projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the project execution
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and project reporting
- Risk management
**Tasks and Qualifications**:
**Who are we looking for?**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering field
- **At least 5 **years of working **experience **as a project manager or similar in structured company
- PM experiences especially on site
- Willing to travel at least **30% of time in Spain **(on the client site)
- Good technical background in a similar field
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- PMP certification is a plus
- Knowledge of MS Projects/Office Application
