**Your Role**
We’re looking for a bright, hands-on Junior Legal Commercial Counsel to join our Legal West team. If you’ve completed your legal training at a top university in Europe, the UK, or the US—and you thrive in fast-paced, creative environments—this could be your next career move.
You’ll provide pragmatic legal support to a global, cross-functional team and help shape legal strategies and solutions in one of the most dynamic sectors on the planet: gaming.
This role reports to the VP, General Counsel, Western Markets (based in Switzerland) and works closely with legal professionals across Switzerland, Spain, and China.
**Your Responsibilities**
Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of commercial and corporate contracts for our Western operations
Support the legal AI innovation stream, including policy input, tool testing, and documentation.
Provide project-based legal support across privacy (GDPR/FADP), IP, corporate governance, and internal policies and terms & conditions.
Help maintain and evolve our legal template library;
Collaborate cross-functionally with business, HR, marketing, and tech teams.
**Your Profile**
c3 years' experience in a legal/commercial role, ideally within a global gaming, media, tech, or e-commerce company.
Law degree (Master’s level) from a recognized European, UK, or US institution.
Strong legal drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple complex projects with agility and sound judgment.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a solution-focused, collaborative mindset.
Fluent in English (written & spoken); additional languages are a plus.
Curious, proactive, well-organized, tech-savvy, and excited about the gaming worldPassion for inclusion, creativity, and innovation.
