Join our dynamic Europe Region Marketing, Communications & Business Development (MCBD) team, playing a pivotal role in advancing Arup's commitment to sustainable development. You'll spearhead marketing initiatives for our fast-paced and critical Science, Industry & Technology portfolio in the Europe Region, helping to position Arup as a leader across the Science, Industry and Technology sector.

**The Opportunity**

This isn't just another marketing role. You'll be at the forefront of Arup's growth ambitions in Europe, shaping how we communicate our expertise in the science, industry and technology sectors, spanning life science, Pharma and research buildings and laboratories, modern industrial facilities from manufacturing to hi-tech logistics depots, as well as data centres.

You'll have the autonomy and ‘permission to pioneer, to co-designing and executing impactful marketing campaigns, directly contributing to building our brand and helping to win landmark projects. This is an opportunity to build your profile as a marketing expert in fast-growing sectors within a globally renowned firm.

**As a Marketing Manager - Science, Industry & Technology at Arup, you will**:

- **Develop and execute** integrated marketing campaigns to build Arup’s brand recognition as a leading science, industry and tech consultant across the region, with a particular focus on growth markets, such as Spain, Germany and the Netherlands.
- **Plan and deliver** impactful Arup-owned events (online and in-person) and strategically leverage industry gatherings to connect with clients and partners.
- **Collaborate closely** with technical experts, business leaders, and regional/global/local marketing, comms and BD counterparts to ensure strategic alignment and amplify our impact on significant SIT projects.
- **Champion brand coherence** across all activities and support the development of strong client relationships through targeted marketing initiatives.

- Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills in English, with an ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven experience using digital communication tools and platforms for B2B marketing.
- A strong team player ethic, with collaborative skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed organisation.
- Previous marketing experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) or professional services sector is essential. Experience in the pharma, industrial or data centre sectors is desirable.
