**Descripción**:
Desde DOPP Executive Search buscamos Financial Controller con base en Barcelona para compañía de referencia en el sector farmacéutico. Reportando a la Dirección Nacional, sus principales funciones serán:

- Dar soporte al Control Financiero & Reporting de la compañía a nível nacional.
- Implementar KPI's.
- Tramitar o resolver incidencias bancarias.
- Mantener el control interno sobre las operaciones del Equipo de Ventas en cuanto a proceso de ingresos, costes y presupuestos.
- Desarrollar, implementar y mantener controles y lineamientos financieros.
- Lograr los objetivos presupuestarios con la programación, el análisis y las medidas correctivas adecuadas.
- Guiar las decisiones financieras aplicando las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa frente en el contexto económico actual.
- Ayudar a desarrollar y respaldar estrategias operativas a corto y largo plazo.
- Administrar los proyectos asignados y supervisar los procesos de Budget.
- Liderar y gestionar desarrollos y herramientas informáticas.
- Realizar el control de gestión comercial de las filiales, realizar análisis como el margen generado por el vendedor/búsqueda de motivos de variación del margen.

**Requisitos**:

- Formación superior en Negocios o Finanzas.
- Conocimientos en normativa financiera.
- 2-3 años de experiência como Controller.
- Alto nível de inglés o francés.
