We are seeking a dedicated trainee to join our team as a Commercial Training Trainee. This role involves structuring and coordinating the entire training program for the Food & Beverage Division in Europe. The key responsibilities include:

- Assigns and monitors training programs, assesses results, and implements enhancements as needed. Centralizing all training initiatives for the division.
- Develops and implements training activities to meet the organization’s job requirements
- Structuring the training and development system, including skills assessment, training plan, and development pathways.
- Structuring and standardizing the onboarding programs for all sales roles.
- Collaborating with sales managers to schedule and organize training sessions as needed.
- Analyzes employee training needs and develops appropriate new programs.

**Required Skills and Competencies**:

- Organized and structured approach, with an ability to manage projects effectively (project management qualification is not required).
- Stakeholder management: Comfortable interacting with various individuals within the organization.
- Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Team player: Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze situations and come up with creative solutions.
- Attention to detail: Ability to ensure accuracy and thoroughness in task completion.
- High level of accuracy and detail oriented.

**Position Details**:

- Location: Italy or Barcelona (Spain)
- Contract type: Apprentice/Trainee. Minimum duration: 12 months

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Degree or equivalent in Business administration or similar
- Available for a full-time internship contract
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Fluent in English.
- Fluent in other European languages
