**Your responsibilities**:

- Be responsible for managing the Suppliers Prequalification process, coordinating with project engineering and finance teams for technical evaluation and risk analyses.
- Conduct market researches to obtain rates from suppliers for the Project cost estimates.
- Lead the preparation and management of RFP/RFQ and tenders.
- Conduct accurate analysis and comparisons of proposals received by suppliers, ensuring alignment with project and company requirements.
- Be the point-of-contact for suppliers during Tender process and contract negotiation.
- Be in charge of operating purchasing activities, preparing the internal approvals requests, Purchasing Orders.
- Insert contracts and PO in the company Digital Management System.
- Provide support to the Project and Construction Management team during project execution for extra orders and claim management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related to the field.
- Proven experience in Wind Turbine Procurement and the Wind market within the green energy space.
- Business fluency in Spanish or Portuguese and English.
