**Job Purpose**

We are looking for students interested in undertaking an internship within the Human Resources team, who are passionate about people, professional development, and innovation in talent management.

**Main Responsibilities - Tasks**

**1. Legal background checks**

**2.** **Onboarding and personnel administration**
- Preparing documentation for the onboarding of new employees (contracts, manuals, etc.).
- Supporting the planning of induction sessions for new hires.
- Maintaining and updating employee records.

**3.** **Training and development management**
- Organizing training programs and workshops.
- Managing registrations and tracking attendance.
- Collecting feedback and evaluations on training programs.

**4.**Other processes**
- Supporting payroll processes and attendance control.
- Monitoring vacation and leave requests.

**Education**

Currently in the final year of a degree or recently graduated in Labour Relations.
