With a focus on climate tech, health tech and new frontier technologies, we engage with teams who have the vision, resources, and grit required to generate a significant, meaningful impact. Our collective brings in the necessary expertise in DevOps and Cloud, Data Science and Data Engineering, and Web and Mobile Development.

**The Challenge**

Think-it is excited to offer an internship opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join as a resource in our partnerships competence starting this quarter (start date flexible but as soon as possible). Partnership development at Think-it is not very conventional: We are scaling a new category business model that redefines the way software engineers learn and build careers — and transforms the way innovative organizations hire for expertise in today’s most exciting new technologies around the world.

Over the last five years we’ve been able to build a solid partnerships base of start-ups, scale-ups and corporates. In the next three years we want to become the go-to-partner for teams working on solutions for a sustainable future. Therefore, we would like to further grow our network and presence within verticals such as climate and health tech as well as new frontier technologies. For this endeavour, we’re looking for a charismatic, thoughtful, and autonomous student or graduate to work alongside our Innovation Strategist and Head of Growth to develop new partnership opportunities and foster community.

This will be a dynamic role that will expose you to all aspects of Think-it's business across our Growth and Pre-Sales Engineering. It is an excellent opportunity for someone who aspires to an impact-driven career in technical sales and community management.

**80%: Your key responsibilities**
- Conduct research to identify new opportunities and partnership needs across our key verticals
- Identify and engage partner decision-makers with a high-touch approach with sales enablement and support from our Innovation Strategist
- Build and nurture a pipeline of relevant relationships with founders and technical decision-makers through R&D efforts and trend monitoring.
- Expand our Growth reach to new industry areas - Smart Cities, Public Sector, EdTech
- Convert these prospects into qualified opportunities for our Growth team.
- Drive community development and thought leadership within corporate contributions to global climate and impact goals.
- Support Think-it’s ‘Impact Circle’ development. Engage with the Think-it community through outreach, social media, meetups, etc
- Contribute to content creation & thought leadership for various digital platforms.

**20%: Independent Research Project (Learning & Development)**
