Our client, a leading technology company, is currently seeking a Team Lead Full Stack to join their dynamic team on a contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity for those passionate about development and keen to work in a vibrant, international environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate closely with Product, DevOps, Support, and other R&D teams
- Lead a team of software engineers and quality assurance analysts to achieve business goals
- Focus on team growth and development challenges
- Provide technical authority through hands-on leadership
- Oversee the design, development, architecture, code quality, and production environment deployment
**Job Requirements**:
- Experience as a server-side developer using C#,.NET, REST WEB API, from DB to UI
- Experience with advanced SQL (e.g., MSSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB)
- Managerial experience leading development teams
- Commercial experience with frontend technologies like React and TypeScript
- Knowledge of distributed systems/microservices, including communication patterns and eventual consistency
- Excellent understanding of clean code practices, OOP, OOD, and design patterns
- Experience in engineering best practices, including code-reviews and agile methodologies
- Knowledge of messaging systems (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka) and ORMs (e.g., EntityFramework)
- Experience with unit and integration testing using testing frameworks (e.g., xUnit)
- Understanding of network interactions and deployment patterns
- Team player attitude with a passion for managing and growing people
- Ambitious and eager to learn new technologies
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or SAFE methodologies
- Degree in computer science or equivalent
