We are looking for **Ground and Tunnelling Engineer**to join our busy and expanding experienced team. The team provides assessment, concept, feasibility, preliminary and detailed designs on a wide range of Transportation and Water Projects across the globe. Our internal clients work for private and public sector and include long term Framework Agreements with numerous Local Authorities together with Design and Build commissions for many major Contractors. Our group has an established track record of successfully delivering highways design for many years, throughout the USA and Australia, not to mention Canada or Middle East. You may have the opportunity to work on some of the most iconic Transportation projects, being part of a diverse and multicultural team.

The responsibilities of this role include:

- Works as part of a ground and tunnelling engineering team with other engineers at the same functional level that can be from different EC offices (Poland, Spain, India..).
- Performs specific and moderate portions of a broader assignment of an experienced engineer.
- Gathers and correlates basic engineering data using established and well-defined procedures.
- Works on detailed or routine engineering assignments involving calculations and relatively simple tests.
- Proposes approach to solve new problems encountered using modifications of standard procedures or methods developed in previous assignements.
- Identifies discrepancies in results.
- Provides guidance to entry level engineers.
- Performs work in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule with little supervision.
- Independently performs all the tasks necessary to complete primary design
- elements for engineering works.
- Performance at this level requires developmental experience in a professional position.

**Qualifications** Minimum Requirements**
- Proven track record of working on ground and tunneling engineering designs and collaborating with international and multi-cultural teams (+10 years) for Transportation and Water Projects.
- Experience with international regulations and standards.
- Proficiency in the use of specific ground engineering and tunnelling software as Geoestudio / Plaxis (2D/3D) / Rocscience. Others as FLAC / Midas GTS NX will be considered favorably.
- Experience in the design of C&C tunnels and shafts
- Proven commitment with Quality Control Policy and Quality Management System.
- Experience working in the North America region / Australia will be considered favorably.
- Fluent in English (oral and written).

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor or Master degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised University
- US and/or Australia Professional Engineer license will be considered favorably
