**Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Italian/Portuguese Speaker**

**Location: Barcelona, Spain**

We are expanding our team in Barcelona and are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals who are fluent in both Italian and Portuguese to join our customer service team.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our Italian and Portuguese-speaking customers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. This position requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to think on your feet to deliver top-notch service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in both Italian and Portuguese (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
