This role has been designated as ‘Edge’, which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.
Aruba is a Hewlett Packard Enterprise-owned company that focuses on delivering the best networking solutions in the enterprise market. Aruba has lately been declared the most visionary networking vendor in the market and we need more colleagues to grow our business further.
As an Aruba System Engineer Channel, you will be part of a highly skilled presales team that runs the Aruba networking business in Spain. You will get the responsibility of architecting the technical networking solutions for Aruba’s enterprise customers with a special focus on the Aruba software stack.
**Main Responsabilities**
- Support Channel Partners in the process to acquire Aruba Technical Skills to make them more autonomous from a Presales, Project Deployment, and Support standpoint.
- Establish a professional consultative relationship with the partners, by developing a core understanding of their unique situation and relating it to the Aruba solution portfolio with a focus on software.
- Work together with the Aruba Partner Sales Specialist team to cover all aspects of Channel enablement Activity.
- Constantly educate yourself to stay at the forefront of networking technologies in the market.
- Maintain knowledge of competitors to strategically position Aruba’s products and services.
- Work with the leading products and solutions in the networking industry.
**Profile**
- IT-related University/Engineer/Master's degree will be preferred.
- Experience from a similar role as a networking engineer or architect.
- Software background including networking management and security.
- Hands-on experience with WLAN, Wired networks, Network Management and Security Solutions.
- +5 years of on-the-job technical experience.
- Strong personal communication skills in small meetings as well as in larger meetings.
- Willing to stay at the forefront of networking and security technologies in the market.
- Highly motivated and autonomous professional.
