**Position Snapshot**:
**Requirements**:

- An agreement letter from your University or Business School.
- EU nationality or NIE (identification number for foreigners)
- Residence: temporary or permanent in Barcelona
- Fluent in English.

**Terms & Conditions**:

- Scholarship 960€ per month
- Grant canteen
- Access to Nestlé Market (30% to 50% off)
- Insurance with Zurich during the traineeship

**Period of internship**:
- 6 months internship starting in October
- Full time (Monday to Friday from 9 to 6pm)

**Position Summary**:
The adoption and change management team helps employees adapt and adopt new, digital ways of working.

Developing a high level of digital dexterity is critical to operating efficiently in today’s environment.

The opportunity consists in driving more engagement and adoption on technologies such as Office 365, Workplace, Mural, etc, via communication campaigns, champion networks, events, gamification and other engagement activities.

This is an opportunity to work across markets, functions and businesses and drive new behaviors and ways of working.

**A day in the life of...**
- Engagement campaigns to promote IT products
- Develop communication and promotion material
- Manage translation of communication and promotion materials
- Define target audiences
- Coordinate with markets and stakeholders to gather feedback on adoption campaign and to roll-out the campaign
- Measure impact of adoption campaign

**What will make you successful**:

- Degree or qualifications in Communication, Pedagogy, HR or similar
- High level of spoken and written English (C2 or native)
- Organized individual with ability to manage time and priorities
- Good communication skills
- Digital and physical content creation skill
- Understanding of digital workplace
- Video editing is a plus
