**Key Responsabilities**
- Client Database Management & Personalization: Maintain an accurate and organized client database to ensure a flawless experience for each client.
- Client Outreach & Relationship-Building: Connect directly with clients, adding a personal touch to every interaction and spotting new opportunities along the way.
- Office Admin & Vibe Management: Handle the day-to-day so the office runs smoothly
- Sales Team & TA Support: Assist the sales team and team assistant with daily tasks to keep everything running smoothly.

**Requirements**:

- University agreement for full time internship
- Fluent in **English** and **Spanish**
- Professional, organized, good communication skills, self-motivated and driven to achieve top results
- Results-oriented and able to work in an international team
- Proactive with a ‘can-do’ attitude. Organized and a hands-on person
