**The Role**
We are looking for a Data Insights Analyst (Remote) who will use their expertise in scientific data and their life science knowledge to ideate, design, develop, and deliver meaningful business insights through data manipulation and visualization. Your insights will answer critical business questions facing senior executives in global pharma.
In a fast-paced and dynamic environment, you will be working as part of the insights team in the consulting group at Veeva Link. You will be focused on interpreting customer needs with data analytics. You will work closely with the consultants to develop and create insights from Veeva Link data. These include innovative data dashboards and creative visualizations using Tableau. **What You’ll Do**
- Work in a collaborative cross-functional team delivering business-relevant data analytics and insights for pharma to support their R&D, pre-launch, launch, and post-launch strategies
- Analyze Veeva Link’s scientific data repository and design, build and maintain dashboards to uncover relevant data trends
- Clearly and confidently describe the data structure and analytical approach you adopt to solve a specific business question
- Work closely with other teams in the insights group
- Optimize data infrastructure for efficient data analytics
- Support large-scale transformative insights projects
**Requirements**:
- At least 1 years of experience with Tableau (or similar data visualization and dashboard platform)
- At least 1 years of experience with data analytics at a consulting company, agency, or pharma
- Confidence in working with large and complex data repositories
- Understanding of medical and commercial needs of global pharmaceutical customers
- Experience in structuring and successfully executing large and complex insights projects
- Succinct, clear, and logical working style
- Confidence, comfort, and familiarity in driving discussions with senior stakeholders in pharma
- Collaborative and flexible working style
