**A Barcelona based Games studio are currently looking to expand their art team, who are aiming to create the best-in-class experiences that last forever in players memories, with a new AAA quality, open world title. The studio is looking for a Lead Technical Artist to collaborate with the Art Director, to help with bridging the gap between artists and engineers, ensuring an efficient art pipeline and optimised game.**:
This role will offer you the chance to work with people on a day-to-day basis who bring a collective portfolio of high-selling games. As the Lead in this team, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills and wear multiple hats, if you are a tools/pipeline/hardware/graphics specialist or a generalist, there will be an opportunity to develop your disciplines and skills.

This role offers a Hybrid working model, with 2-3 onsite days in Barcelona.
**Requirements**:
- At least 5 years’ experience in the games industry
- Past Console or PC game development experience
- Experience with at least one of Python, MEL, C#, C++ (or similar)
- An awareness of performance for a high-end AAA title
- Experience with Houdini would be a bonus
- Unreal 4 experience would be a bonus
