Solliciteer nu en maak het verschil**Wat bieden wij jou?** - Contract: tijdelijk contract van 4 maanden - Bonus: prestatiegericht (géén verkoop) - Uren: keuze uit 32, 34, 36 of 39 uur per week - Training: 1 week voltijdse betaalde opleiding - Hybride werken: als je binnen 50 km van Alicante woont, werk je de eerste 3 maanden op kantoor. Daarna kan je (na evaluatie) overstappen naar 2-3 dagen per week op kantoor. - 100% remote: mogelijk als je op het vasteland van Spanje woont en verder dan 50 km van Alicante. **Werken bij Transcom** Bij Transcom werk je in een internationale, dynamische omgeving waar teamwork, persoonlijke groei en een positieve sfeer centraal staan. Of je nu starter bent of ervaren, bij ons krijg je kansen om te groeien.**Wat ga je doen?**Je behandelt alleen inkomende contacten. Gesprekken voer je op jouw manier, met een script als hulpmiddel. We lossen samen elk vraagstuk op - van eenvoudig tot complex. Je hoeft geen techneut te zijn, wél iemand die energie haalt uit het helpen van anderen. Je staat er nooit alleen voor: je krijgt toegang tot de juiste tools, kennisbronnen en een behulpzaam team.**Wat heb je nodig?** - Talen: Nederlands C2-niveau, Engels C1-niveau - Werktijden: - Ma-vr: 08:00-20:00 - Za: 09:00-20:00 - Zo: 10:00-19:00 - Beschikbaarheid: - Min. 5 dagen per week, afwisselend ochtend/avond - Bij 5 weekenden per maand werk je er maximaal 3 - Geen vakanties tijdens de contractperiode - Pluspunten: ervaring in klantcontact (niet verplicht), sterke communicatie, empathie, stressbestendigheid, probleemoplossend denken, basis IT-kennis, klantgerichtheid, positieve teamgeest Belangrijk: je moet het wettelijke recht hebben om in Spanje te wonen en te werken.**Hoe is het om bij Transcom te werken?** Bij Transcom investeren we in jouw groei.
