**MISIÓN**

Es la persona encargada de supervisar la limpieza de las habitaciones y zonas, verificar el estado de la habitación, determinar las habitaciones discrepantes, actualizar el estado de las habitaciones de los huéspedes que salen así como tareas de gestión de

administración.

**FUNCIONES ESPECIALES**
- Organizar y distribuir el trabajo con el equipo de pisos/limpieza
- Inspeccionar y participar si es necesario en la limpieza de áreas.
- Llevar el control de las habitaciones y su ocupación.
- Participar en estadísticas y elabora informes en relación con las tareas propias de su área
- Supervisa la preparación y limpieza de las habitaciones, áreas y office de los pisos.
- Supervisa la limpieza y rapidez de entrega de la ropa de clientes.
- Supervisa el estado del mobiliario, ropa, instalaciones de las habitaciones así como el estado en general de todas las áreas. Efectúa prueba de calidad de material de limpieza.
- Mantener una excelente comunicación con el departamento de recepción y servicios técnicos.
- Velará por la armonía y la buena comunicación en el departamento de pisos.

**CONOCIMIENTOS ESPECÍFICOS DEL PUESTO, CAPACIDADES Y HABILIDADES**
- Realiza inspecciones regulares en todas las áreas del hotel para comprobar la adherencia a los estándares de limpieza y mantenimiento.
- Se coordina con los Jefes de Departamento para asegurar una efectiva y eficaz
- comunicación a la vez que la satisfacción de los clientes.
- Comprueba que las incidencias de habitaciones reportadas a Servicios Técnicos se llevan a cabo.
- Se responsabiliza y registra los objetos encontrados/perdidos
- Reportará cualquier problema de mantenimiento y /o seguridad.

**EDUCACIÓN Y EXPERIENCIA**

Formación específica en regiduría de pisos acreditado

Mínimo 6 meses de experiência en puesto similar con equipo a su cargo en hoteles 5*

Nível medio de inglés

Conocimiento office (Word, excel) a nível usuario
