Account Executive for Joint Venture Flight Training

**Role and Responsibilities** The position is focused on securing business and a close relationship of Flight Training Alliance with Airbus and the Customers, safeguarding account retention through high levels of customer satisfaction and account management and maximizing opportunities for revenue. The AE also supports the execution of sales activities safeguarding the on-boarding process for any new customers to achieve maximum profitability and sustainable growth for FTA, monitoring and reporting as per the Governance principles of the JV. **About FTA**: FTA is a 50-50 Joint Venture of CAE and Lufthansa Aviation Training and was appointed as “an Authorised Training Provider by Airbus” for A220 pilot, cabin crew and dispatcher training worldwide. The Account Executive adheres to the governance principles of the JV, pursuing the objectives of FTA and the shared interests of both parent companies. **Account planning (45%)**: - Achieve defined revenue, yield, retention, and growth goals for all assigned accounts including those that train at multiple locations across the FTA network. - Forecast customer training needs and expected business > 6 months and manage conversion to revenue maximizing opportunities for training. - Develop retention, growth and intimacy strategies for existing active accounts. - Identify inflection points in key account lifecycle milestones and prioritize time allocation to assigned accounts lead and present value propositions for assigned accounts. - Establish monthly interactions with all accounts and one annual in-person meetings with customer representatives to ensure revenue attainment and retention of clients. - Proactively manage agreement expiries and renewals. **Sales activity (35%)**: - Participates and represents FTA in the Training Conferences organized by the Airbus for the airlines receiving the A220 aircraft. - Proactively manages the on-boarding process of the new accounts and the handover to the teams and stakeholders involved in the production phase / revenue training. - Identify revenue growth opportunities and report opportunities. - Action al assigned leads and respond appropriately. - Prepares agreements as per approved FTA policies and pricing. **Governance and Reporting (20%)**: - Participate in the management meetings, preparing and presenting the monthly Governance reporting within the defined process of FTA. - Participate in the regular Jour Fixes and production meetings. - Provide monthly revenue forecast inputs to the Finance Manager. - Obtain necessary governance approvals for proposals, including any pricing adjustments. - Keeps up to date the customer database with current opportunities, agreements and proposals, training forecast, WET tracker, and KPI tracker and other reporting tools. **Position Type** Regular CAE thanks all applicants for their interest.
