We are currently looking for a **HR Assistant trainee**

We offer you to join our company, where you will collaborate side by side with our **Operations Team**.

**Role**:

- Create advertisements and job postings and other documents to support the recruitment team.
- Provide operational support to the Recruitment team.
- Cooperation with the wider HR organization.
- Ensures that all employee information is up to date, regularly maintained and correctly stored.
- Management of the team's calendar.
- Administrative tasks.
- Office manager support.

**We need**:

- Being a student and looking for an experience that makes you grow.
- Educational background: HR, ADE, or similar.
- Native Spanish speaker (English
- an advantage).
- A problem solver.
- Strong communication skills
- Ensures that all employee information is up to date, regularly maintained and correctly stored.
- Proactive person
