**Principales funciones a desarrollar**:

- ** Atención al cliente en temas de finanzas**:
financieros.

Gestionar solicitudes de documentos como facturas duplicadas, comprobantes de

pago o ajustes menores.

Actuar como enlace entre los clientes y el equipo de finanzas para resolver

incidencias básicas.
- ** Soporte a los equipos financieros**:
Ayudar en la recopilación y preparación de documentación para cierres contables,

conciliaciones y auditorías.

Realizar tareas administrativas, como registrar información en sistemas financieros y

apoyar en la generación de informes básicos.

Apoyar en la gestión de cuentas por cobrar y cuentas por pagar, enviando

recordatorios de cobro o coordinando pagos menores.
- ** Gestión administrativa y de office management**:
Supervisar las necesidades diarias de la oficina, como suministros, contratos de

mantenimiento y servicios generales.

Gestionar accesos a la oficina, coordinar obras menores y mantener relaciones con

proveedores de servicios (limpieza, IT, mantenimiento).

Coordinar actividades logísticas y de almacén según sea necesario.

Organizar viajes, reuniones y eventos internos para el equipo.
- ** Optimización de procesos**:
Identificar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos administrativos y financieros.

Proponer e implementar soluciones prácticas que incrementen la eficiencia

operativa.

**Requisitos**:

- Formación en administración, finanzas, contabilidad o similar.
- Habilidad para gestionar múltiples tareas y priorizar en un entorno dinámico.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y atención al cliente.
- Manejo de herramientas ofimáticas (Microsoft Office, Excel).
- Nível intermedio de inglés.

- Experiência previa en roles similares.
- Conocimiento básico de sistemas financieros o ERP
