**EC Functional Lead Consultant**

We are looking for a Successfactors EC Functional Lead Consultant to join our dynamic team. The successful individual will be a strong corporate citizen with passion for delivering excellence and quality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contribute and lead efforts to the solution design, review, and alignment of deliverables, and ensure his/her project team adhere to all standards
- Ensure proficiency and quality in the configuration, use and deployment of corresponding modules in the project currently assigned with
- Mentoring project resources
- Support the progress of the team, working closely with other business teams
- Regularly reporting progress and issues to client on both a formal and informal basis
- Identifying any risks and proposing solutions
- Document business requirements and procedures
- Analyze business requirements and develop effective configuration solutions

**Required Skills**:

- Strong experience in IT industry, experience in SAP HR/SuccessFactors
- Experience leading minimum 3 EC implementations
- Certification in EC is mandatory. Certification in any of SuccessFactors modules will be positively valued
- Experience in virtual team and remote working environment
- High level of English is required. Additional languages are welcome
- A high level of customer focus to support our vision of client satisfaction
- Flexibility and patience in working in a dynamic/challenging environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Stakeholder management experience and expertise
- Time and workload management
