**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- You will provide design and planning services to client IT and business executives.
- You are responsible to provide technical support for Service Management domain as per Service Level Agreements (SLA) and process compliance.
- You will perform business impact analysis and risk assessments to reduce the likelihood of significant service outage or disasters.

Responsabilites:

- Assists development and architecture teams in debugging issues related to middleware products.
- Ensures that all the activities designed to implement the change are as per the standards. The policies and procedures should be well defined, recognized and reviewed.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Knowledge of some of the following technologies: Websphere, Weblogic, JBOSS, Tomcat, Apache webserver
- You’ll work in an Agile, collaborative environment to deploy, configure, and maintain systems, which may include software installations, updates, and core services.
- Good understanding of some of this technologies: Linux, Windows and AIX system internals and virtualized environments, are familiar with the TCP/IP stack, network routing and load balancing.

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- Knowledge of some of monitoring tools: Introscope, ITCAM, Nagios, Dynatrace
