**.**
**This is a part-time role and you will be required to work the hours of 9am - 2pm CET.**

**Responsibilities**:
The **Facilities **Coordinator** in the Facilities Department is part of the office support and will work according to company policies, SOPs and regulatory requirements. **Facilities **Coordinator (paet-time)** fulfils a varied role involving support with finance administration and provides administration support to the offices.

Accountant
- Assisting in financial activities, accounts payable/receivable task including invoicing
- Pull out monthly reports from AMEX and Eurocard

Management Assistant/Facility Assistant
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and documents, handling signatures and delivering them to e.g., banks, customers, and Notary Publics.
- Correcting assessment and documentation of occupational risk at workplaces.
- Handling FCM ticket system.
- Point of contact for Facilities vendors and suppliers.
- Correct assessment and documentation of occupational risk at workplaces
- Coordination of office premises, asset management and safety work environment.
- Onboarding and offboarding assistant.
- Managing and ordering office supplies, including supplies for the kitchen/breakroom.

Qualifications:

- Educational background in financial or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an office facility or administrative role.
- Excellent organizational, communication and customer service skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to details
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish / Portuguese.
- Good judgement and ability to solve problems independently and discreetly
- Ability to anticipate needs of team members by prioritizing responsibilities and proactively managing schedule changes.
- Ability to multi-task and to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work part-time hours (9am - 2pm CET)
