**The role**:
Act as the point of contact for international BPO customers in the Nordic region. Report to the Team Manager and contribute to delivering top quality and efficiency for our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for international customers.
- Coordinate customer meetings and follow up on Nordic payroll obligations.
- Advise customers on payroll and related legal questions with expert support.
- Build strong customer relationships.
- Optimize processes and drive continuous improvements.
- Support Sales in presales activities and new customer implementations.

**Who you are**:

- Strong interest in payroll and HR.
- Excellent communication skills, stress-resistant, and customer-oriented.
- Commercially minded, analytical, and proficient with software.
- Methodical and organized with a positive mindset and sense of humor.
- Fluency in Swedish and proficiency in English are madatory.
