Process Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, tracking and maintaining manufacturing processes and workflows. This position reports directly to the Plant Manager and works in coordination with Production, Maintenance, Technical Department and Quality. Responsabilities
Develop, implement, follow and update manufacturing processes as well as workflows.
Develop work instructions, operations standards and process documents and ensure they are followed.
Constant monitoring of implemented processes, analyzing deviations and updating as needed.
Training and supervising operators on new processes.
Investigate problems affecting production in safety, efficiency and/or quality and define action plans in collaboration with the affected areas.
Coordinate with Planning to ensure that released products have the proper BOM, routing and process parameters.
Manage the necessary documentation for product manufacturing (drawings, BOMs, work instructions, process standards and procedures).
Collaborate with the technical department in the development of new products to ensure that the product is compatible with the plant facilities.
Continuous process improvement to increase quality, productivity, efficiency and cost savings.
Collaborate with maintenance and production teams in the goal of process and tooling standardization, participating in the design of new solutions.
Management and development of external suppliers and collaboration with the purchasing department in the procurement of specific material and tooling. Cualifications

**Education**: Industrial Engineering
Experience in analysis and definition of processes in industrial environments with Lean methodology. Experience in continuous improvement of production processes.

**Office**: Advanced knowledge especially in Excel. ERP
