**Why this is job for you**:
As an internal auditor you will provide an independent, objective assurance and consulting activities designed to add value and improve the organization’s operations. You will learn and broaden your auditing skills in a friendly team environment as well as getting deeper understanding of variety areas of International Paper business. The scope of the role gives you exposure to senior leaders in the business across EMEA. You will also contribute to constant development of internal audit function by participating in quality improvement initiatives.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Conducting and documenting audit assignments and projects as a part of the audit team
- Participating in planning of the necessary audit steps under guidance and supervision of Senior-in-charge or Audit Manager EMEA
- Be responsible for a section of the audit
- Working with the team to plan and prepare for audits and projects through automated data analysis tools by reviewing available and relevant data
- Act as a consultant to the business to identify areas for improvement and provide specific recommendations
- Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships between the corporate audit department and internal and external customers
- Assisting with other audit questions and audit projects as requested

**You have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or engineering
- At least 1 year of experience in audit, finance or public accounting within a reputable company (Big 4 experience is an asset) and / or internal audit experience in a manufacturing or industrial group
- Good technical finance skills
- Good analytical skills
- Basic auditing skills
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in French or Italian or Spanish or Portuguese or Polish
- Availability to travel
- Driver’s license B
