Job Specification
- Lead and manage a team of Loan Agency and Loans Administration professionals across multiple jurisdictions, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure optimal performance and development.
- Oversee the implementation and ongoing management of Loan Agency services for clients, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Foster strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and delivering innovative solutions to drive client satisfaction and retention.
- Participate in the development and operational execution of the strategy for the Loan Agency business, aligning with overall company objectives and market trends.
- Cooperate with the Product team to identify and pursue opportunities for business growth and expansion within the Loan Agency space, including new markets, products, and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, and risk management, to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
- Coordinate, organize and participate in meetings and conference calls required by the day-to-day management of the Loan Agency and Loans Administration Operations team;

Skills Required

- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in Loan Agency and Loan Administration services, with a demonstrated progression of responsibilities and leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of syndicated loan markets, products, and processes, with a focus on leveraged finance, project finance, and structured finance transactions.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large and complex loan agency portfolios.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think analytically, solve problems, and drive business results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including loan administration systems
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
- High English level is a must; fluent French and/or German is a plus;
- Ability to work under pressure and to prioritize tasks accordingly;
- Ability to take initiative;
- Strong work ethic, a proactive approach and can-do mindset;
