**What you will do**:
- Lead the commercial strategy for your destination:
- Plan and execute the strategic commercial path for our portfolio in Portugal. Identify what should be the focus in terms of product and destination launches.
- Increase product adoption and sales in Portugal, by building strong working relations with triggle’s customers, partners and in-market commercial teams
- the basis for collaboration.- Identify where performance measure and customer success initiatives are needed to deliver on targets.
- Own and run the product and market training for your customers and partners portfolio.
- Monitor developments in Portugal and prepare comprehensive competitive analysis/ benchmarking by learning and understanding industry best practices. Understand the characteristics of the market in order to make decisions on product next steps and potential developments.
- Collect, analyse and deliver actionable product, feature and campaign feedback/ requests from the market/ customers to our product teams. Drive structure and clarity of prioritization to the relevant triggle teams.
- Evaluate, develop and onboard new mutually beneficial partnerships or business opportunities that can help increase revenue and achieve company goals. Report and align on program success by providing comprehensive analysis of incremental gains.
- Work closely with triggle’s marketing team in order to position the brand and key messages to our customers.
- Work cross-department to gain knowledge and expertise on all relevant external facing topics (e.g. product, finance, legal).

**What you bring**:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience working within e-commerce, travel or related industry.
- Strong negotiation and objection handling skills.
- Willing and able to travel for business purposes as needed.
- Eye for accuracy and ability to base decisions on data.
- Proactive and pragmatic with a positive attitude and can-do approach.
- Excellent organization and coordination skills, problem solving is part of your ability by thinking outside the box for suitable solutions.
- Outstanding communication skills. Fluency in Portuguese & English (our company language), both written and spoken.
- Experience in start-up environments.
