**Role Purpose**

Ensure data privacy, digital/data and AI compliance with all legal requirements as stipulated by the applicable laws (EU Law) and all relevant Sandoz Policies & Procedures with Global Functions in Sandoz and all EU coun-tries (27).

Assist the Head Data Privacy Global Functions and EU (hereinafter referred to as the “HDP”) operationally on any task/support/projects/program that is related to Data Privacy in Sandoz Global Functions (IT, HR, Procurement, Finance, Health & Safety) and EU countries (giving GDPR guidance to all countries in the EU where Sandoz operates) as part of the data privacy global functions and EU team.

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Provides appropriate advice and interpretation on data privacy legislation to the business
- Promotes and encourages a culture of data privacy across the Company
- Conducts comprehensive privacy and data protection impact assessments.
- Coordinates support of data breaches and incidents, including root cause analyses.
- Supports the development of appropriate data protection training material and trains other staff when appropriate - working with HDP and the Head of DP Policies
- Ensures deadlines are met within area of responsibility.
- Ensures compliance with policies in the area of responsibility.

Minimum Requirements
- University Degree in Law or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in data privacy, ideally gained in-house
- Strong knowledge of the applicable privacy and data protection laws. Results oriented, team player, and able to work well with all levels of the organization. Solid communication, presentation, and writing skills. Able to identify issues and to develop business-friendly solutions in line with the overall privacy program.
- Fluent in English written and spoken, other languages are a plus
