**Company Description**:
This is marketing with a mission. We're looking for a data-driven performance marketer to join our Employer Branding team and help us attract the best talent to AUTO1 Group.
**Your new Role**:
- Define & Target Audiences: Analyze hiring needs to build custom target audiences and funnels for a wide variety of roles - from software engineers to car inspectors.
- Optimize Campaign Performance: A/B test ad creatives, copy, and audiences to maximize campaign effectiveness and ensure a strong return on investment.
- Manage Budgets & Analyze Data: Oversee campaign budgets and analyze performance data to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
- Drive Innovation: Collaborate with your colleagues in the Employer Branding team on creative strategy and explore new channels to keep our talent attraction efforts ahead of the curve.
**Your Skills**:
- Expertise in platforms such as Meta Ads, Meta Ads, among others, along with basic knowledge of data and performance metrics to effectively extract insights.
- At least 1 year of experience in a performance marketing role, ideally within a digital-first or growth-oriented environment.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and G Suite (or similar statistical tools) is essential.
- High English Level.
