**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the analysis of business requirements for Order Manager in alignment with IATA standards.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure Order Manager capabilities meet business and regulatory expectations.
- Define and oversee the integration of Order Manager with the PSS.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and stakeholder interviews.
- Support testing, validation, and change management processes.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior business analysts.
- Ensure documentation and knowledge transfer across teams.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Extensive experience as a Business Analyst in the airline industry.
- Strong knowledge of IATA NDC and One Order standards.
- Experience with Order Manager platforms and PSS systems
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in airline retailing transformation projects.
- Understanding of XML/JSON messaging standards used in NDC.
- Knowledge of airline revenue accounting and settlement processes.

**Languages**:
Full Proficiency English and Spanish mandatory
