**What you will do**
Due to growth we have an exciting opportunity for a Global Performance Marketing Manager to join our ADT Security organisation, sitting within the newly established marketing Centre of Excellence. You will play a pivotal role in our growth plans over the next 2-5 years. You will make an impact sharing and implementing standard process SEM/SEO, through a data driven ‘test & learn’ agile marketing approach. Your goal is to impact company performance on a global scale by enabling teams in all countries to deliver improved metrics across the entirety of the marketing funnel. You will explore, develop, and deploy a scalable performance marketing framework to enable the teams to measure key performance metrics and outperform against our global targets. **Responsibilities**
- Lead all aspects of the optimisation of global performance marketing activities to improve MROI (marketing return on investment) and provide the company with a competitive advantage
- Focusing on analysing data to provide insights for growth, targeting both new subscriber acquisition, cross/up-selling opportunities and customer retention / lifetime value
- Use data and analysis to develop and implement paid social and search strategies that drive significant growth while being accountable for specific metrics/targets globally
- Lead ongoing search for optimal vendors, tools and capabilities building in efficiencies and economies of scale where required
- Improving customer retention, to grow customer lifetime value, by analysing trends and behaviours within customer data and offering improvements
- Understand audience and customer demographics to find opportunities for both new customer acquisition and retention
**What we look for**
- Proficient spoken and written Spanish and English
- Experience using data and analysis to provide practical insights that have been successfully implemented for growth
- Deep knowledge in the development and implementation of using data to drive SEM conversion, CTR, CPL & CPC improvements
- Handling spend across multiple channels across the full spectrum of media spend opportunities
- Experience of both organic traffic and paid traffic models and have run both simultaneously
- Deep understanding of digital media, attribution models and all digital media performance metrics
- Good understanding of programmatic & DSP advertising, targeting, consumer segments
- Senior level experience in BI and data with an emphasis on performance and growth marketing
- Experience working with large customer data sets to ensure effective targeting that drives conversion
- Experience with analytics and visualisation tools such as Google Analytics, and PowerBI
- Experience owning roadmaps, budgets, and forecasts
- Strong collaborator experience, capable of influencing decisions and reporting data confidently and effectively
- Knowledge of general home security products and practices e.g. CCTV and smart home systems is an advantage but not essential.
