¿ Cúales serán tus funciones?
- Atender peticiones recibidas al teléfono y/o correo electrónico.
- Ejecutar y/o modificar las reservas ya establecidas en el sistema.
- Realizar Cotizaciones pertinentes.
- Ingresar reservas en sistema, incorporando notas o especificaciones recibidas.
- Gestionar cambios en la reservas, confirmando dichos cambios en el sistema.
- Realizar anulaciones de reserva, confirmando con el huésped que la anulación está completada correctamente.

**Qualifications**:

- Dominio de idioma ingles (oral/escrito). Valorable un tercer idioma.
- Habilidad en la gestión de prioridades en tareas múltiples
- Experiência en un puesto similar de al menos 6 meses
- Personalidad proactiva, que tome iniciativa y que proyecte actitud positiva.
- Conocimiento del paquete de Microsoft Office y manejo del correo electrónico
- Valorable conocimiento del Sistema Opera
- Actitud de servicio
