**JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop the global strategy and help maintain a high level of creative excellence within the brand.
- Develop a visual framework for visual design across print and digital.
- Guide a multi-disciplinary creative team in the conception, design and execution of visual materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to articulate and execute design decisions.
- Use a “Design Thinking” approach for the development of bespoke creative marketing collateral.
- Create branding and branded designs for internal projects such as posters and invitations for internal events & communications.
- Generate graphic design assets for print and digital - icons, images, logos, mockups.
- Redesign stakeholder presentations - in Keynote and Indesign to improve look & feel and overall messaging.
- Establish and communicate consistent visuals and standards across the company's entire brand.
- Meet deadlines and have the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Develop content calendar to ensure deadlines are met.
- Guarding the brand’s visual core values by acting as a brand ambassador with co-workers.
- Assist in video production by creating graphics to dynamic moving imagery
- Follow the latest web/digital design trends closely and translate this into the brand’s signature mínimalist design.

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**
- More than 8 years of professional experience.
- Excellent fluency in English (C1 level but C2 preferred)
- Disposes of good energy and positive attitude.
- Expert knowledge of typography and grid systems.
- A solid creative portfolio that features communicational work and creative branding projects.
- Experience in all fields of design including decks/keynotes, print, online communicational material.
- Excellent working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Keynote.
- A basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Strong typography and promotional design skills to help elevate the brand message through all visual communications, both online and offline.
- Proficiency in communicating ideas and concepts, and a willingness to develop the ability to persuade and influence others as needed.
- Operates well in an international company with a startup mentality and a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize workload and juggle multiple deadlines.
- Ability to translate complicated messages into simple expressions through imagery and graphics.
- Understanding of, and an interest in the digital marketing landscape.
- Knowledge of marketing tools and basic strategies.
- B2B experience
- Previous experience at an agency or high-end consumer brand.
- Experience with art direction and brand strategy
- Ability to lead a design team on specific projects.
