**Your Role & Responsibilities**
- Product Strategy:
- Participation in product portfolio definition, product and technology roadmaps, markets analysis and pricing.
- Acquisitions phase support:
- Support of project managers, Sales, and rest of involved stakeholders during strategic acquisitions.
- Benchmarking activities for all product groups and segments:
- Propose structured comparison between similar products and processes from previous identified competitors.
- Organization of product analysis from benchmarking suppliers.
- Organization of benchmarking workshops.
- Acquisition and analysis of benchmarking products.
- Owner of benchmark parts and components database.
- Scout market to find external partners to support benchmarking activities.
**Your Skills & Strengths**
- Engineering degree.
- Excellent written and spoken skills in English
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in international teams and environment
- Knowledge of automotive quality standards
- Automotive Power Electronic development background is an advantage
- Knowledge of market and product analysis is an advantage
- Experience as project manager in automotive company or Automotive consultancy firm.
