For our office in Madrid, we are currently looking for a HR Manager Spain & HRBP BU. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of activities related to accounting and human resource management. This role is key to ensuring efficiency and accuracy, as well as personnel management and compliance with HR policies.

For **Human Resources,** your tasks include the following:

- Align the Group's HR policies with those of Sécheron Hasler Ibérica.
- Tracking of hours worked and time recording.
- Maintain accurate records of holidays, sick leave and other absences.
- Collaborate with different business units to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate the management of sick leave and facilitate the return-to-work process.
- Resolve HR-related queries from employees.
- Communicate HR policies, procedures and programmes to employees.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies.
- Implement effective recruitment strategies and recruit staff for the Spanish office
- Be a point of contact for labour relations, conflict resolution and performance management.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programmes.
- Assist in promoting a safe and healthy working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources or related field.
- At least 5 years experience in a similar role in the Spanish market, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Strong knowledge of the Spanish employment law and HR practices.
- Proficient in the use of office automation, accounting and human resource management software tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Languages: Spanish native and English C1 mandatory. German and French are an added value.
