You will be responsible for planning the people in the lines, interacting with production leaders and temporary agencies.

**How you will contribute**

You will:

- Plan the workforce needed for the production.
- Act as a project management for a new project in order to automatize the planning

**What you will bring**

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

- Relevant work experience in people planning, material planning, demand planning, inventory management & handling, purchasing, and/or Forecasting,
- Computer proficiency (MS Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & experience in ERP (SAP) systems
- Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written), Analytical & Problem solving skills, strong collaboration and relationship management skills.

- People Planner role within a manufacturing environment and withing a production planning team
- Responsible of planning the personal resources in the correct positions
- Review the production planning and adapt this plant to the workforce staffing requirements
- Experience dealing with stakeholders in a manufacturing environment is needed
- Point of contact between temporary agencies (ETT)

**Education / Certifications**:

- Engineer or Business Administration degree
- English fluent
- SAP
- Excel advanced level
- Experience as a production planner or people planner

The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland.
