Field Service Engineer

**Job Description Summary**: As Rowa Service Engineer, you will be to train our international field service organization to deliver the necessary product training (commissioning, reactive and preventive maintenance of hardware and software) remotely or at the defined training location(s).

Working with the Area Service Manager, you will be a point of reference for the customer, so it will be particularly important to maintain and transmit not only the BD principles but also an image of seriousness and integrity.

**Main responsibilities will include**:

- Service our customers in the commissioning of our equipment both locally and internationally.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
- Train our international field service organization to deliver product training
- Cover administrative tasks like preparation of course material, machines, and training completion tracking including feedback for our internal customers and controlling of learning success.
- In partnership with our eLearning specialists, you will develop and maintain continuously our existing training programs and content in a blended learning structure and implement learning and training programs for new product launches with the country service organization.
- With our international Trainer team, you will support the efficient setup, quality, and improvement of the service training tools and premises.
- Drive continuous quality process improvement regarding international knowledge transfer, building up and maintaining knowledge databases with an interface to our Service Readiness department.

**About you**:

- You have a completed apprenticeship with an electro-technical background and a profound IT knowledge or similar work experience within a service support or training organization
- Proven professional experience in the service and repair of complex robotic machines.
- First experiences in conducting training on digital learning concepts is desirable
- Proficient in English (German language skills would be also considered, as well as any other language)
- International travel up to 25%
