En Hutchinson estamos en la búsqueda de un/a Responsable Calidad Cliente M/H que se una a nuestro equipo en el departamento de Calidad. Serás en carga de representar al cliente en nuestra fábrica y a Hutchinson en las plantas del cliente. Tus principales responsabilidades serán:
**Funciones**:

- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos de calidad
- Coordinar la planificación de calidad para nuevos productos
- Mantener actualizados los dossiers de calidad
- Crear y gestionar planes de control según necesidades del cliente
- Resolver problemas y medir la satisfacción del cliente
- Pilotar auditorías de cliente y participar en auditorías internas
- Gestionar productos no conformes y decidir su destino
- Comunicar internamente los resultados de calidad y necesidades del cliente
- Gestionar los gastos relacionados con la no calidad

**Requisitos**:

- Estudios universitarios técnicos o superiores, rama Ciencias o Ingeniería, en su defecto, estudios secundarios y una gran experiência en puesto de calidad relacionado
- Conocimiento de idioma de Inglés y/o Francés
- Herramientas informáticas nível usuario
- Conocimiento de las normas ISO9001, IATF 1649 en vigor y requisitos aplicables, incluyendo el enfoque basado en procesos y análisis de riesgo
