**About the role**

You will play a key role in crafting marketing campaigns with a direct response focus, using powerful, results-driven copy to boost clicks, sales, and engagement. As we build our brand from the ground up, you'll have the chance to shape its tone, voice, and overall performance strategy. Being an **native speaker of English is a** **must.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Focus on performance metrics like CTR, CPA, and ROI in your copy to ensure maximum impact
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to continuously optimize campaigns for better performance
- Contribute to shaping the brand’s voice and messaging as we build from scratch
- Analyze campaign results and adjust copy based on performance data to increase conversions
- Lead the entire localization workflow across multiple markets and products, ensuring consistent and effective messaging across different languages and cultures
- Strategize and develop new creative concepts alongside your peers to drive innovative campaigns that meet business goals

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in performance-oriented copywriting, with a strong track record of driving results
- A/B testing and optimization mindset to continually improve copy based on data
- Strong project management skills to oversee and streamline the localization process for a multi-market, multi-product environment
- Being an English native speaker is a must
