Talent Ops Intern

**Short Description**: Talent Operations Intern is responsible for enabling the talent organization to work more effectively, to execute locally and at scale, and to create new value by incorporating best practices and delivering more consistent outcomes.

**Requirements**: We are looking for a team player who wants to develop and grow

**️‍ ️ Three Core Skills**: (i) Process oriented & organized (ii) Ability to multitask, working on several tasks parallel and keeping track of your to-do´s (iii) Good attitude and communication skills.

**Language requirements**: Fluent English + Spanish is a plus Location: Barcelona

Tareas

Ok, but what is Talent Ops about?

Our Talent Ops Intern will be part of an international team (more than 20 nationalities). Making things happen across the Talent department. You will be mentored by Carlota our Talent Manager.

**Some of the key tasks are**:

- Manage and handle global onboarding and offboarding
- All aspects of day-to-day help desk and office management
- Make resources available for employees
- Tracking of all employee information and assets
- Ensure operational excellence
- Provide support for hiring processes
- Provide a high level of support by responding to questions, issues, and needs
- Identify trends and propose operational solutions across multiple processes
- Propose and develop new practices to preserve and develop an employer brand
- Organize offsite and local events

In short, Talent Operations Intern is a key role that requires a strong capacity for organization and social skills.
