**YOUR TASKS**
- Advising on IP risks and mitigations, supporting multidisciplinary teams on Intellectual Property issues globally at Nordex
- Reviewing invention disclosures and advising on best protection strategies
- Responsible for technology watch and trade secret protection
- Undertaking patent database searches for patentability analysis, non-infringement studies and freedom-to-operate analyses
- Support in preparation and negotiation of technology license agreements
- Raising IP awareness in the organisation by delivering training and being the first point of contact for any IP queries
- Close collaboration with external patent attorneys
**YOUR PROFILE**
- Minimum 7 years of experience working on intellectual property protection, preferably in the field of renewable energy/aerospace/IoT
- Strong technical background with a degree in Engineering or Science
- Ideally additional training in IP and wind technology
- Strong communication skills and skilled negotiator
- You are fluent in English, additional language skills in German or Spanish are nice to have
