Functional Testing QA
**1. Job Summary**
**2. Key Responsibilities**
- Requirements Analysis: Work with business and development teams to meet, understand and implement requirements effectively. Test Planning.
- Test Plan and Case Definition: Develop a detailed manual test plan and design functional test cases based on project requirements.
- Know Quality Risks: Impact on Product Quality Identify potential issues or gaps in requirements and implementation that may impact performance.
- Test Execution: Perform manual functional testing as outlined in the test plan, document results and report incidents.
- Development Team Collaboration: Work closely with developers to resolve bugs in a timely manner. Understand and correct them.
- Quality Assurance: Verify product functionality, ensure it meets defined quality standards and customer expectations.
- Experience in different types of functional testing: In-sprint, exploratory, regression
- Pyramid testing strategy
- Experience in Shift Left Testing an Shift Right Testing
- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Slack, XRAY and Zephyre tools.
**Essential Skills**:
- 5-6 years of hands-on QA experience
- Experience in requirements analysis and test case creation
- Strong knowledge of manual testing techniques and defect management
- Ability to effectively communicate quality issues to the development team
- Knowledge of test management and issue tracking tools
- Technical analytical skills and attention to detail.
