Our team is growing, and we are looking for enthusiastic and customer focused individuals who are looking for new challenges. We are hiring Representative Agent for an incoming agency in Las Palmas.

The main responsibilities are:

- Offer our excursions and other services to the customers.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with local hoteliers and providers.
- Support our customers with their issues or queries.
- Support to the assistance of customers at the airport and their transport from the airport to the hotel.
- Provide the customers all the information they may need.
- Report any changes / inconsistencies found to our main office
- Minimum experience of one year in a similar position or a degree in tourism.
- Customer service oriented.
- Good communication skills.
- Hold a driving license cat. B.
- Advanced level of English & Finnish is necessary
- Flexible working schedule.
