Job Description**
YOUR DAILY ADVENTURE**
**Ubisoft Barcelona Mobile is currently seeking an **HR & Office Assistant Trainee** to help our HR & Admin. team on their daily adventure. You will report to the **HR & Workplace Generalist.**
**Office Management**
- Welcome visits to the office and handle all arrivals in a friendly manner.
- Handle phone calls.
- Provide administrative support.
- Ensure the smooth running of the office including office supplies, equipment maintenance, kitchen supplies, etc.
- Search for providers for office supplies.
- Support with the coordination of company events.
**HR**

Provide support to the HR team with the following topics:

- **
- **
Onboarding**: Prepare all the necessary material for the newbies.
- **
Relocation**: Contact new team members to support them with matters related to their relocation (flights, temporary hotel/apartment, share information about the city etc.).
- **
Training**: Provide support with training back-office management and with the “Fundae” process.
- **
Employer branding**: Provide support with our social media accounts.

We’re looking for an exceptional trainee:

- Student in HR, Business, Administration, Receptionist, or any related field.
- Fluent in Spanish and intermediate command of English.
- Enthusiastic, positive, team-oriented and organized.
- Ability to multi-task and to adapt easily to change.
Be able to sign an internship contract with your university/master’s degree.
