Striker’s mission is to develop a portfolio of Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, Franchises groups accounts in each geographical area (Barcelona) through the implementation of agreed merchandising standards and/or developing new ones at a local level. Deliver maximum distribution, availability and visibility of Red Bull products while ensure the perfect execution of defined model store standards.

**Business Development**
- Coverage of defined database. Complete all calls allocated to individual territory
- Effective coverage of all agreed outlets at optimum frequencies in a cost-effective manner
- Influencing decision makers through presenting compelling insights and commercial proposals

**Be an ambassador**
- Build great relationships in every call by providing first class customers service so all opportunities can be exploited
- Building quality relationships through effective communication

**Perfect Execution**
- Influence orders to ensure Red Bull SKU’s are always in stock and on display
- Implementation of Perfect Store standards
- Placement of POS ensuring it is correctly sited and up to date in all outlets
- Ensure agreed promotions are in place and running from the first day

**Stock management**
- Ensure that stock levels necessary to ensure continuous availability of Red Bull products to the consumer
- Influence orders to ensure Red Bull SKU’s are always in stock and on display

**Qualifications**:
**Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role**:

- At least 2 years or experience in the consumer goods sector. Proven sales track record
- Commercial awareness and basic understanding of commercial math’s
- Clear understanding of Off Premise channel (retail, impulse, nontraditional)
- FMCG experience (branded or retail experience)
- Drivers license
- Valuable degree level in Sales & Marketing, Retail Management or similar
- Fluent English, written and spoken required
