- Fabletics is currently looking for a Sr. Manager Analytics.

TechStyle launched Fabletics with Kate Hudson after they saw a gap in the activewear marketplace: there were plenty of luxury brands, but none that offered stylish and high-quality gear at an accessible price point.

With offices in Berlin, London, Barcelona and headquarters in Los Angeles, we´re currently looking for Sr. Manager Analytics for a full-time, unlimited position based out of our Barcelona office.

- You feel comfortable managing and modelling large amounts of dataThis position reports to the Director of Paid Social Advertising.

Responsabilities:
- Managing and designing the acquisition reporting and data visualization environment by understanding acquisition marketing team needs;-
- Technical expertise to ensure that data quality and visualization is in place to help the manager and the organization to make data-driven decisions;-
- Develop tools, dashboards and forecasting models for top management daily use.-
- Identifying insights that will drive business performance.-
- Work collaboratively to identify and develop business opportunities, based on insights.-
- Work together with NA to ensure adoption of best practices and converge in a single way of working.-
- Automate processes through the usage of different technologies.-
- Working cross-functionally with media, UX, product, and analytics to implement, analyze, and enable the delivery of the highest impact work.**Required Skills**:
- Proficient in Tableau & Excel-
- Experience in SQL, Snowflake, Python and predictive modelling it’s a plus-
- Understanding of digital and growth marketing KPI’s and direct experience in designing and driving them digital operations-
- Ability to work collaboratively under pressure with high focus on efficiency & productivity-
- Working knowledge of data analysis, aggregation, modelling and visualization-
